"Unfortunately I can't tolerate the bitter taste of this stuff. I can often overlook the taste of things to gain the health benefits but in this case I just can't stand how it tastes. I tried it mixed with a few different things but I had to throw them in the end. I will have to throw this also if I can't track down a recipe which makes is bearable to eat. I will try the tablets when they become available, perhaps this is why they were sold out! Some people might like the taste of this, but it's not for me thanks!"
