Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) ext. equiv. to dry root 3000mg equiv. Withanolides 12mg

Contains encapsulating aids: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions

Adults (Acute Dose): Take 2 vege capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Adults (Maintenance Dose): Take 1 vege capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. 
Precautions
  • Contains encapsulating aids. 
  • Vegan-friendly formula. 
  • No added gluten, dairy, egg or soy.
