Ingredients

Each 5g serving contains:
Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) Extract Equiv. Dry Root 500mg
Ocimum Sanctum (Holy Basil) Leaf Extract Equiv. Dried Leaf 330mg
L-Theanine 200mg
Gandoderma Lucidum (Reishi Mushroom) Powder 100mg
Magnesium Bisglycinate Equiv. Elemental Magnesium 55mg

Other ingredients: Inulin (Chicory Root), Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavours, Soy Lecithin (Soy), Sea Salt, Natural Sweeteners (Monk Fruit, Thaumatin).
Directions

To use: Add 5g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) to 100ml (or to taste) of warm or cold milk (dairy or plant based) and stir well. Or get creative and enjoy topped with marshmallows, in a smoothie or sprinkled over ice cream. Consume 1-2 times daily and enjoy!
