Turmeric (Curcuma longa) 500mg (rhizome as 400mg; BCM-95™ 25:1 extract with 344mg curcuminoids and 100mg whole organic turmeric 7,6:1 extract with 5mg curcuminoids)
Brown rice flour
Magnesium stearate
Silica
Clear vegetable (cellulose) capsule

Directions

Adults and children 12+ years: For the first week, take 2 capsules per day with food. 

After the first week, take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
