Nature’s Sunshine Marshmallow and Fenugreek is a herbal formula, designed to support healthy respiratory and digestive systems. 

The herbs Marshmallow and Fenugreek support healthy mucosal fluids; helping to soothe tissues and support the body's natural process of mucous elimination. This formula helps support healthy lung and respiratory tract functions during seasonal ills and chills. Marshmallow and Fenugreek also helps to support the body in encouraging the expulsion of toxins and healthy digestion.

Directions

Second time round and just as good!

"I wrote my first review on this supplement in mid 2021 during covid with respiratory problems. Found it beneficial. This is my second review to sing its praises. I have found this capsules is so good for heartburn. It has marshmellow, fenugreek and slippery elm. All 3 in one bottle. I take 2 in the morning, breakfast time and 2 at lunchtime. I urge people out there suffering with similiar problems to give it a go."
