NATURE'S SUNSHINE Mullein is known to help support healthy lung function and soothe the upper respiratory tract, Nature's Sunshine Mullein has been a popular herb for ills and chills, as it supports the body's first line of defence. 

Mullein also supports the body's natural process for mucous elimination. The tannins in Mullein may also support healthy respiratory passages and normal breathing.

Other ingredients: Capsule (kosher gelatin, water).
Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules with a meal twice daily.
