"I struggled with repeated conjunctivitis, dry eye, a pterygium (surfer's eye) and redness and inflammation. It took a week for this to help and after a month my eyes looked much better so I stopped. I got conjunctivitis a month later. I'm back taking them again. My eyes are still dry but they are whiter and less inflamed, brighter and I look more 'awake' and I believe the anti inflammatory components have helped my digestive health too. I take two a day with a meal."
