Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Liquid will help provide essential fatty acid (EFA’s) nutrients that are essential for optimal health. They cannot be produced by the body so must be obtained through the diet and/or supplementation. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are important omega-3 fatty acids.
A formula with all of its constituents present in a wholesome, natural balance. Nordic Naturals Omega-3 is an easy way to get omega-3 EFA's every day. It is the perfect maintenance formula which provides the expert-recommended daily minimum of 500mg of EPA and DHA; the most important omega-3 fats.
Omega-3 EFA's provide support for cardiovascular health, neurological function, brain and eye health, balanced mood and stress management.
