Headaches, tired, spacey
"It could be unrelated, but I've been taking these for nearly a week and have had days of feeling really spacey and headachey. . . Today I decided not to take them and felt fine, then about midday decided to give them another ago and took 1 tablet and started feeling tired/headachey/all-round weird not long after. I am going to have a 2 or 3 day break and see if these side effects go away, and then will do another day on 1 tablet and see if the weird feeling comes back. Have taken other brands of st johns wort in the past with no side effects so I don't think I'm intolerant to the herb! Will post another review once I do my little experiment if I remember :)"
