"I have been using this product for some years now. It can take the body a few nights to respond to it, so give it a chance. It does not knock me out like a sleep med would, instead it gently supports sustained sleep and relaxation. It doesn't hinder waking. I find that I am relaxed enough to sleep about two hours longer, wake more refreshed, and I like this one because it actually does support my immune system too, I get less colds etc. Please note, I don't have any serious underlying health conditions, only I sleep a bit too lightly and have an active brain, and a few other niggles as you do :)"
