"I have been taking one tablet a day for less than a month for my eye health and have not noticed any changes yet. But, as it is a great antioxidant and good for general health I will continue for 3months to see if there is a difference. I have noticed however, that my skin colour has a sun kissed look now. "Great product. Felt an almost immediate improvement in joint pain relief, and fatigue. I’m personally finding it easy to take and no negative effects at all. Feels like my skin and hair have become more clear and shiny, better condition and even hair stylist remarked on this! One added bonus for me has been a reduction in appetite which means I have found some unexpected weight loss as a result - which is a real positive. I have more energy so have also been increasing my exercise and sleeping better. Can’t believe the multiple benefits and just wish I’d starting taking it sooner!"

"I'm on my 2nd bottle and have noticed my skin becoming softer and . . . I had been getting bleeding in my eye 'Partikia'(sp?) But since I've been on this I've not had even one bleed.
