Description

Solgar L-Glutamine 500mg contains the amino acid l-glutamine.

L-glutamine is found in large amounts in muscles. It is classified as a non-essential amino acid (i.e. it can be made in the body), but in certain situations the demand for glutamine increases. Natural sources of glutamine include grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, cottage cheese, whey powder, asparagus and broccoli. Dietary supplementation with glutamine may assist dietary intake. Solgar L-Glutamine 500mg can support normal glutamine levels.

Each vegetable capsule provides:
L-Glutamine (free-form)
500 mg
Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose
Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose
Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid

Free of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, preservatives, sweetners, artificial flavours or colours
Directions

As a food supplement for adults: 1 vegetable capsule daily, with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
