"I got this because I was having pretty bad PMS symptoms, bloating, acne, and worst was the mood swings. After one month I noticed a difference in my mood closer to my period. I was definitely less sad, and I was less bloated. Unfortunately no change in the skin break outs but I am hoping over prolonged use it'll help with that too. I have it every morning in my coffee, theres barely any taste. I would definitely recommend this product if you are experiencing annoying PMS symptoms!"
