Great all round calming effect
"I bought these to help with high stress levels that I have had over a long period of time which has led to adrenal fatigue. I like that I can take these one a day and I generally feel a lot calmer. If I get upset or really stressed out I take two and I feel better within minutes. These have helped me get through a time when I was at breaking point. I think theyd be of great benefit to anxious/stressed teenagers."
