BetterYou Magnesium Gel provides a regulated release of magnesium for sustained delivery, making it ideal for use during exercise and targeted application.

1ml of gel delivers a minimum of 100mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium, with a teaspoon providing 500mg.
Ingredients

Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (30% concentration)

Hydroxy propyl starch phosphate*.

*Gelling agent. A naturally derived starch, modified to work in a high salt solution.

100% natural magnesium source.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions

Apply a small pea sized amount onto the targeted area and massage well into the skin.

Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Reapply whenever needed.

For best results apply to clean skin.

Due to its purity, MagnesiumGel is suitable for children and for use during pregnancy.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high-speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
