S-Adenosyl Methionine (SAM-e) is produced by the body from ATP and the amino acid methionine and is one of the most important methyl donors in the central nervous system. "This really helped regulate my mood when I had symptoms of burn out at work. I take it now about 3 days per week which is good for my schedule. I continue to be fine on the days I'm not taking it (non work or non pressure days) which is different from before when anxiety symptoms were present all the time due to my situation. Best to use to help develop healthy habits (to manage physical, emotional and thoughts). Will buy again."
