Description

Harker Herbals Chest Clear: supports healthy breathing and clear airways. It includes pine to help gently loosen mucus in the lungs.  Great to settle and support opening the airways.

Ingredients

Each 5ml dose contains:
Menthol 8.15mg
Licorice Root 2.96mg
Essential oils of Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, and Peppermint (Each 0.0017ml)
Iodine 0.19mcg

In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
Directions

Can be taken up to 6 x daily at 5ml per dose.

Heavier people and chronic conditions can take up to 10-15ml, 6 x daily.

Best taken straight or in 50mls of boiled water as a tea.

Dietary Advice: Avoid – mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.
