Great little Capsules
"A hair analysis test told us our 7 yr old was lacking in omega 3&6 so naturopath recommended this range. He is able to swallow them since they are mini capsules. He takes 5 per day and over lockdown through covid-19 went up 5 reading levels and his temperament is 10x better, he was an angry little boy and now he can manage himself much better. Just a heads up that these are not chewable tablets but the strawberry flavoured ones are chewable."

"I agree with Megan, the shell casing is hard and not chewable (I tried these myself). My son wont eat them. I have had to pop the casing and mix in with something else to get it into him. Won't buy again. HealthPost on the other hand are awesome, have great service and fast delivery!"
Great product but my 4 year old can. . .
"Great product but my 4 year old cannot stomach these without having the oil extracted from the shell and put in yoghurt. I also tasted one and they are terrible to chew. These come highly recommended from my naturopath so they must be the best! Shame about the taste though."
