"I was using the capsule form of this product and thought it was helping a to reduce the amount of hair I was leaving everywhere. I wasn't a fan of the individual foil packaging so thought I would try this. I have to agree with others in that I found the taste unpleasant, but have put it in a small amount of juice so that I can swig it down and follow up with more water. May have to find another brand, as this is also hard to do on the go and I find I'm missing doses."
