You're reviewing: Sleep Drops For Adults
- Quite effective most of the time Review by mcfrancie
I did notice a difference when taking this product (except in cases of higher anxiety, I needed something else like melatonin or zopiclone to get to sleep).
Now I am off sleeping pills and combining Sleep Drops with clinicians magnesium tablets and have been getting to sleep ok. I always wake early and these drops can often help me get back to sleep, even if on and off. More so than if I don't take it. I wake up early in anticipation of my toddler waking and it's been a bad pattern for me but these are helpful.
I plan to use these drops in my next pregnancy as I hear they are safe to use during pregnancy.

- Love have a good night's sleep again Review by Tee
I started taking sleep drops a couple of weeks ago as I was extremely sick with a virus. It has helped with getting a solid nights sleep, which has helped with recovery. The best bit is that when I'm waking up I'm not tired & feeling like I need to go back to bed! Thank you! Highly recommended.

- Quite good. Review by Kaye
I started taking this product about six months ago as I have difficulty sleeping. Most of the time it helps but occasionally it doesn't work. and I am awake all night. Think it may be a stress thing so I am addressing that with special music and using both does seem to work.

- It works for us but.... Review by Anya
The sleep drops work perfectly for my partner and myself but we bought a little bottle for sister-in-law and it doesn't work for her at all. She was low on magnesium but after she took some extra supplements the sleep-drops still do not much for her. Saying that: she always had trouble with good nights sleep so .....don't know

- Highly recommend Review by Rae
When I had a really bad period a year ago of sleep problems they were the product that got me back to a normal sleep pattern. I take them now only occasionally when needed. I think it's important to take exactly as recommended on the label

- Disappointed Review by Patricia
No ,can't say they helped at all & would be expensive to use on a regular basis.

- I rely on Sleep Drops for Adults and it's the only think that works for me at about 95% of the time. Review by Kaye
I had great difficulty in falling asleep but after using Sleep Drops I seem to have cured the problem. Not completely but for most of the time. I still don't sleep as soundly as I would like but that may be age related.

- Relaxed body but no sleep Review by Melissa
The Sleep Drops were really good at relaxing my body, to the point that my Fitbit thought I was asleep while actually stuck awake. They caused a bit of a hangover effect both when used at night and as a trial for a nap when I really needed one. Unfortunately they don't work for me, but I do have quite bad sleeep problems.

- Positive thinking Review by Jillian
100% effective ! I'm just on 70 and realised over the last year or so that my sleeping patterns were changing.........4 - 5hrs then awake, maybe 51/2 - 6hrs which isn't enough for me, so I have tried the drops and found a consistently good result. It does take a bit of time to get a rhythm so have a regular bedtime. I have also found extremely deep breathing 15-20 times will induce a return to sleep, I believe it's a lack of oxygen that can produce wakefulness. A quiet time before bed is beneficial to the body winding down...........be consistent !!
