If there is one colour on Earth that symbolises health more than any other, it would have to be green! So many of our most nourishing and healthy foods are green.     Great ingredients.
    Not keen on the taste, but haven't come across any I do like yet, but it was bought for the superior nutrirtion. Love the methyl forms of folate & vitamin B12. Much better for those with methylation problems.
    3 out of 5 of us don't mind the taste.
    Fine in a green smoothie or even a dark berry smoothie using coconut water or even raw cream as the base.
