  • Have taken for several years & has worked for me!

    star

After taking Harmony for several years, I recently stopped taking them, as I thought I was pretty much through Menopause (I hadn't had a period in 7 months). What a mistake!! I'm now suffering terribly from sleepless nights, which I've never had before! So I'm ordering another box today. Previously I have just taken 1 tablet a day and this seemed to keep the worst of menopause symptoms at bay. I still had night sweats, but I didn't get many hot flushes and I think my mood was always pretty good. There are lots of Menopause remedies out there and what works for some, may not work for others..... so its just a matter of finding what works for you! Harmony has definitely worked for me, and I really like it because it is a natural remedy!

  • Absolutely exceeded my expectations!

I was having constant hot flashes and struggling. Within the first week of taking these, they had stopped the flashes completely and I could not be happier! Would highly recommend.

  • Great to Begin With

    star

Started with just taking Harmony then changed to the Max version, these worked for severe night sweats but not sleeplessness for about 6 months then no effect, upped to two tabs a day with no change or side effects noticeable. Decided to continue for another couple of weeks then if no improvement then will see the doctor. Recommend definitely giving these a go.
