Have used this product off and on over the years, seems to help with eyesight and concentration for me and my toddler was less distracted while taking it but as it says on the bottle, it takes a while to get into the cells enough to feel a difference. Great taste and doesn't come back up again all day like other oils I've tried. Really helpful for my eczema; it's less itchy and flares up less when consistently taking Efalex. Highly recommended!

We've been using this product for some time for our youngest who's on the Autistic spectrum. Before taking it he was grumpy and had no speech; after about 3 months on it he was a much sunnier child and his speech eventually came through as well. This is the only one he'll take, we put it in his juice. I definitely recommend it.
