Love this oil! I use it mainly in smoothies and on salads. Since using this oil my skin isn't as dry as it once was.

  • Helping me with my weight loss

    star

I have been sugar free, dairy free and grains free and exercising for a while now all in the hope of loosing stubborn weight post baby. Maybe it was my age, (early 40's) maybe hormones, but I could not shift any weight. So I decided to try a different approach and work on my liver and elimination. I add this flax fibre along with other powders like psyllium, beetroot and cranberry into a little bit of orange juice and top the rest with water. Drink this pre meal. I started to lose weight in the first week, finally!! I have to add, that I also take DIM hormonal support from Clinician's. This also helps to lose weight. I will be sticking with this and trying the green pack as well. This purple pack has blackcurrant in it and tastes good but I would not have it in just plain water, a 1/4 cup of orange juice topped up with water makes it very nice pleasant drink rather than a gagging nightmare.
