To use: Recommend taking 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil a day (15-30ml).

Drizzled over meat or roast veges, liven up mashed potatoes and marinades. or add to mayonnaise. dressings and dips.

Flax Seed Oil Garlic will remain fresh and tasty in the fridge for up to 12 weeks once opened.

Precautions

Flax seed oil garlic can be used on cold, warm and hot foods just prior to serving, but should never be cooked or fried as this destroys the health-giving properties of this delicate oil.
