Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Cut the pears and apples into medium-sized chunks after coring them (keep the peel on for extra antioxidants and fibre). Place them in a roasting dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roast until they are semi-soft.
  3. While the fruits are roasting, mix all the ingredients for the crumble topping in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Once the pears and apples are semi-soft and roasted, evenly cover them with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden and cooked through.
  6. To make the tahini yoghurt, combine the tahini and honey in a small bowl and stir in yoghurt one tablespoon at a time, creating a thick creamy texture.
