Ingredients:
Filling
- 4 large pears
- 2 large apples
- 1 teaspoon Ceres Organics Ground Cinnamon
Crumble
- 2 cups Chantal Organics Organic Quick Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla
- ¼ cup ROAR Organic Sunflower Seeds - Activated
- ¼ cup ROAR Organic Pepitas - Activated
- ¼ cup ROAR Organic Hazelnuts - Activated, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Chantal Organics Organic Hemp Hearts
- ½ cup ROAR Organic Artisan Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup BioBalance Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
Tahini Yoghurt

- 3 Tablespoons Chantal Organics Hulled Tahini
- 2 teaspoons Biohoney Manuka Honey MG100+
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C.
- Cut the pears and apples into medium-sized chunks after coring them (keep the peel on for extra antioxidants and fibre). Place them in a roasting dish, sprinkle with cinnamon, and roast until they are semi-soft.
- While the fruits are roasting, mix all the ingredients for the crumble topping in a large bowl until well combined.
- Once the pears and apples are semi-soft and roasted, evenly cover them with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden and cooked through.
- To make the tahini yoghurt, combine the tahini and honey in a small bowl and stir in yoghurt one tablespoon at a time, creating a thick creamy texture.
