I enjoy this product as it mixes well into my morning smoothie. It doesn't really leave any after taste, and the good thing is my husband will have it in his as well, and he is a bit on the picky side when it comes to trying new things. So a plus for us both.
Adding additional vitamins into our diet is important to us as we have started eating a more healthy organic lifestyle. this powder is just one of the many ways we can incorporate dietary fibre and vitamins into our busy lifestyle.

this is ok so far. have taken it twice and seems ok. just a heads up to you guys to try not to take this with calcium or other minerals. as the iron may cause stomach cramps when they fight for absorption. GI is as low as i would like it to be or expect from a vegetable. have not noticed significant benefits yet but i am still hopeful!

I am so pleased that I can get powered beetroot as I am in awe of its benefits. I have disliked beetroot all my life, cooked in vinegar is disgusting. However now , I just love this powder added to my smoothie every morning. What a great product.

They stayed the weekend & had most of this in their berry, chia & spirulina smoothies! Very pleasant on its own too. I make different coloured hummus - always used beetroot for the red one - this will make it easier than using a fresh beetroot.

Beetroot has a lot of very good health benefits. This product tastes exactly the way I thought it should, hasn't given me any side affects, has good iron content, 135mg of protein plus many other good nutrients, easy enough to prepare, does not contain yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, preservatives, cholesterol or sugar. What other drink can claim all of this? It would be better if it didn't have 29.5mg of sodium.
