I have been struggling with adult acne (I'm 42) for a year, I have tired everything with no avail until I found this amazing combination! I was looking for a product containing DIM as I had read great things about it helping with acne. The combination with all the other wonderful ingredients has been a life saver for me. I'm on my second bottle, my skin has been clear for weeks, my moods are more stable and I don't really have any PMS symptoms besides mild cramping. I'm a big fan of this product.

Onto my second bottle, and the results are great! My period is lighter. I had terrible stomach problems IBS which have disappeared since taking the pills. Energy levels have improved, along with my mood! Highly recommend PMS Peace!

This stuff is good! I was having a lot of breast tenderness the week leading up to my period and after taking this for over a month noticed that this is no longer an issue. Also has helped with reducing hormonal acne. Beware you could get some whooping headaches especially to start with as I did, just make sure you are drinking enough water/fluids and also your urine will most likely change colour so do not be alarmed this is common with DIM. Great product for clearing excess estrogens out of your body!

I've only been taking the PMS Peace for one cycle but I noticed an ease within that month. I have just ordered some more as I have faith in this product so far. I had my usual monthly 'issues' but not as pronounced whilst using this product.

To say that this product is life changing is an understatement. I was put on the OCP at 14 because I got my period twice a month and it lasted for 10 days each time. 35 years later I learned the negative impact of OCP and wanted to come off it. My periods again came back twice a month although not as long or ferocious, my moods were horrendous and I didn’t even recognize myself during PMS. I started taking another PMS product but it made no difference to either my periods or PMS. And then I tried this... WOW! My PMS has gone - no anger, pain or anxiety. And incredibly, my periods have regulated to once a month on a 27 day cycle and lasting just five days. I can not recommend this enough.
