What are Cell / Tissue Salts?

Cell salts (or tissue salts) are combinations of the 12 vital mineral salts that are the building blocks of our physical body at the cellular level.  Cell salts are based on Dr Wilhelm Schuessler's 19th century research in Germany.  He developed homoeopathically potentised mineral salts that are very biochemically available and therefore easily assimilated.  They therapeutically stimulate the body’s natural ability to regulate mineral uptake through the food chain to restore equilibrium and health.
