BEST Magnesium, period
Finally, I can take a Magnesium supplement! I had tried taking Magnesium Citrate but it destroyed my stomach. Then I did some research online, including reading some scientific studies that compare the absorption and side effects related to the different Magnesium preparations for supplements, and Magnesium Aspartate was one of the best both in absorption and the least side effects, especially gastrointestinal discomfort. I was very happy when I read the reviews in HealthPost from other customers confirming what I had learned and decided to try the Clinicians supplement. All I can say is: WOW! No digestive problems taking it, and in fact it can be a great supplement to take when feeling a bit constipated. I usually take 1 capsule with breakfast because I also take a B-complex supplement that includes some Magnesium, but I take 2 capsules when wanting to help with constipation. I originally decided to take Magnesium for my generalised anxiety disorder (GAD) and it MOST DEFINITELY helps. I sleep better and wake up without dread/foreboding, even when I remember having tense dreams (which I know are in fact normal and necessary). Highly recommended.
