We aim to dispatch all NZ orders before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with NZ Post. We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team process and pack orders in a safe way.

For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Your order is packed with care in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes or courier bags made from certified recycled ocean-bound plastic - helping reduce waste and support a healthier planet.

To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.

If you don’t already have one you might want to sign up for a NZ Post account. It’s free and allows you to use these great services:

• Subscribe to tracking alert emails
• Redirect your parcel to another address
• Redirect your parcel to a NZ Post pick-up point
• Add special delivery instructions for the courier

As well as Parcel Post free delivery over $99 NZD we also offer Express Post delivery to Australia, with a targeted delivery time of 3-8 days from your parcel's dispatch. This costs $5 NZD for orders over $99 NZD or $14.90 NZD for orders under $99 NZD.
