The only B-supplement I can take
For whatever reason, I really struggle to take Vitamin B supplements. After a few days or weeks, they make me feel ill and if I persist, will vomit them up. So I've struggled to find a B supplement that I can take regularly but I know Bs are so important especially for hormonal and mental healthiness.
This Lifestream B-complex is a lifesaver. I can happily take it long-term without any issues or side effects. I think because it's a natural product that I can absorb it better. Whatever the case, I'm so glad I found it.
