Liposomal is most readily absorbed form of Vit C
There are a range of Liposomal Vit C products, some in sachet doses, some in pills or capsules, and some liquid. How to know which is best for health would be difficult to ascertain without laboratory tests. However decisions can be made on packaging (do we really want to really tear off plastic wrapping for every daily dose we take?) or do we want more trips to the dentist who tell us that ascorbic acid (Vit C) corrodes teeth badly? They say best get a form that bypasses the teeth, or swallow very quickly! So while I love the taste of the liquid forms of Liposomal Vit C (and you can buy in large bottles to avoid excess packaging) I prefer less trips to the dentist, so I give 5/5 to all pill and capsule forms that go down the hatch quickly. Just note before you buy the mg of Vit C per capsule. In cheaper options it will be less. This Lifestream one has 500mg/capsule, probably enough for one a day, but advise 1 morning and one evening if onset of cold or winter when not much fruit and other natural forms of Vit C around. Try and take 10 minutes or more before food.
