  • Way more balanced now!!

I’ve been taking DIM for well over 2ys. I was experiencing mood swings & anxiety & unpleasant periods. I started with just taking 1x daily which helped with my mood swings but as I’m moving into my mid 40’s! It’s all happening NOW with our lovely hormones!!! So I did up to 2x daily & now so much more calmer & my periods are way more easier & on point every 29days to the dot. I don’t know but pretty sure it has helped with my waistline too. Do wonder what my waistline would look like without taking these. Highly recommend taking DIM supplements when your husband comments on how calm I have been then that’s a plus!! Thanks Health Post too amazing service!!!

  • May help with heavy bleeding due to fibroids

I have had uncontrollable prolonged bleeding associated with fibroids for three months. I started this product three days ago at two capsules twice a day, upped my vitamin K by eating Kale and parsley and finally the bleeding has all but stopped.. Since I have tried everything else under the sun and DIM is the only thing Im taking thats different, I am assumiing it must be DIM which is finally stopping the bleeding. AMAZING!! This is such a relief as I really did not want to go down the hysterectomy line.

  • B12 Oral Drops

Got these for my husband who is pre diabetic. His bloods showed low B12 which is common with diabetes. He is yet to have his bloods redone but he says he feels better for taking these. Taste isn't too bad and easy to use. Good value
