Really wonderful stuff. Having good quality, easily digestable protein makes it possible to stay plant based - it keeps away cravings for animal protein, especially if exercising or building muscle. Is so helpful for vegan paleo/vegan ketogenic/ vegan low-carb lifestyles.
Theres no bloating or digestive troubles with this stuff. I really love it.
I make a spicy smoothie: .5-1 serving of protein, 1 thumb size piece of ginger, 1 peeled root of tumeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt (sometimes), stevia, vanilla, and ice. It is so lovely and the best way to enjoy this protein I have found.
This one, and the Amazonia Slim and Tone protein (vanilla and cinnamon?) are my all time favorites - and ive tried a LOT of vegan protein powders over the years from NZ and internationally, this stuff is really the best ive found.
