I have chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia and was recommended these to help with fatigue (I've heard others have had great results with Co-Q10). Unfortunately the difference in my energy and overall health has been very minimal after taking these. I do however really like this brand compared to others I've tried.

I find this product great for increasing my overall health when used with other vitamins available at amazing prices on Healthpost.
