good for inflammation and blood lipids
As a post-menopausal woman I am using this to re-balance my cholesterol levels along with other things like flax seeds, fish, liver support and movement. My cholesterol ratio got better faster since including these in my daily routine. I also \'feel\' better when taking these, as I have a genetic tendency to aching muscles, tension headaches and an injury exacerbated by exercise, and I find that these super krill seem to help me be more active, and again I take in combination with other inflammation supporting nutrients and oils. I am a believer in things working better in combination than on their own, but I certainly notice it when I don\'t include these in my regimen or if I have run out.
