To use:

Suggested Recipe: 1.5kg Chicken Pieces, 600ml Milk, 1.25 cups plain flour, 3 Tbsp Southern Fried Chicken Blend, vegetable oil to shallow fry, 1 egg.

Method: Place the chicken pieces in a dish and cover with the milk.  Leave to stand overnight. Sieve the flour and stir in the spices.  Beat the egg in a shallow dish.  Remove the chicken from the milk and drain.  Dip the chicken into the beaten egg then roll in the seasoned flour.  Allow to stand for 15 minutes.  Heat oil in a large frypan.  Test temperature of oil with a cube of bread - when it starts to fry you know the oil is hot.  Place the chicken skin side down and cook for 10 minutes before turning over then cook for a further 10 minutes.  Drain on paper towels.
