Rest&Quiet Calm Formula - Oral Spray is traditionally used to help calm the mind and support emotional balance. Suitable for day & night use to support emotional and wellbeing needs. We all need to restore & maintain our inner calm when life feels overwhelming, overstimulating, or unsettled.

An 8-remedy, alcohol-free formula, made with Dr Bach’s original flower formula (cherry plum, clematis, impatiens, rock rose & star of bethlehem), with an additional 3 remedies (aspen, mimulus & white chestnut) to help support balance in an ever-changing world.

Cherry Plum – Self-control
Clematis – Concentrated & grounded
Impatiens – Patience & forgiveness
Rock Rose – Calm
Star of Bethlehem – Accepting of the inevitable

With additional:
Aspen – Optimism & trust
Mimulus – Bravery
White Chestnut – Serenity & clarity

To use: Spray nozzle to mouth and apply 2 sprays onto your tongue. Repeat as necessary.

White Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) tincture
Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium) tincture
Clematis (Clematis vitalba) tincture
Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera) tincture
25nL/mL (equivalent to 1.25 µL/mL of fresh plant) of each Aspen (Populus tremula) tincture, Star of Bethleham (Ornithogalum umbellatum) tincture and Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) tincture.
