    Excellent for maintaining energy - just one a day is sufficient for me. Have tried many other vitamins in the 50+ range and this beats them all. Highly recommended.

  • Tastes Terrible

    I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this product has such an awful taste I couldn't take the recommended dose of 8 sprays under the tongue. I sprayed once, then again but it burnt my mouth and tasted so bad I couldn't bring myself to do the rest. I think it's the Ashwagandha, I had an adrenal fatigue formula that also contained it and it had a similar taste. The taste of it is like absinthe. Will have to throw this away which is a real shame, I had high hopes that this product would help with my anxiety.

  • Can't praise product enought!

    I am so impressed by this product, which I've been taking for about a month now. I've tried heaps of this kind of thing, and this is the ONLY product I have found that simultaneously keeps me calm and energised. I am taking two a day with breakfast, and will try dropping to one to see if it still works as well.

    I have only one issue, and this may not be related to the product, but I have had some trouble falling asleep at nights. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience, and my life is very busy these days, so it could just be a result of that, but has anyone else had trouble sleeping while taking this supplement? And if so, did lowering the dosage help?
