    I recently bought Chia seeds for the first time I chose BioBalance because I've used their other products for years and love the quality, the packaging, the information and the price. I mixed Black Chia seeds and White Chia seeds together for maximum benefit and every morning I grind some up in a coffee grinder and soak them for an hour or so before mixing them with my oatmeal porridge. Well, the results were startling! I have no known bowel problems and normally pass what I consider to be healthy motions several times each day. But after taking the Chia seeds there was a dramatic improvement in the color, size, texture and frequency of my bowel motions. I also had a feeling that my bowels had been thoroughly and competely emptied which is not something I always feel. So -guess what - I'm going to include Chia seeds in my diet every single day and will not miss an opportunity to tell the whole world of their benefits!

    My husband and I have been using chia seeds for some years now either on muesli or in porridge. Because of the protein in them they help us not to feel too hungry during the morning. I would recommend them to anyone as they are easy to put in anything .
