Great stuff. Having one of these before every meal helped me ease the gut pains during a crohn's flare.

I have Reflux and bowel problems, this is a saving grace in all those conditions. I was taking the powder in drink form, but this is so much better.

I suffer from reflux and with everything I have tried this stands out! I take three at night with amazingly calming results. Totally recommended.

Thompsons Slippery Elm

This is a very good product. It is better than other slippery elm I have tried due to its higher potency. After suffering stomach upsets most of my life I would not be without it. It is also reasonably priced on HealthPost.

Can’t chew these

I had to check the label again to ensure I’d read the instructions properly as they are really difficult to chew. They don’t taste nice but that didn’t bother me as much as how hard and unwieldy they are. Maybe I got a dud batch but I’m going back to my regular type that can be swallowed.

Wonderful for upset tums. This calms everything down if you have eaten something your digestion doesnt like (i.e. food intolerances). It really helps. The powder version made into a drink isnt the greatest drink, but works even better. Good for irritation in the throat too if you drink the tea version or chew the tablets. An ancient remedy that really works.
