Best magnesium supplement I have found. It is high quality and high strength and absorbs into the body immediately. Also, plant based packaging which is great. I would recommend doing a few sprays on inner arms, thighs and bottom of feet to start with the working your way up to more sprays. I do mine before bed :)

I purchased this product to rub into my hips in the evening before bed to help reduce hip pain. It made a difference for me, however, I did find it a bit stingy on my ski, so it may not be suitable if you have sensitive skin

I love this product. I apply it in the evening after my training when I overuse muscles and the soreness is way less in the morning. It is also great for cramps. I would highly recommend this product. :)
