Amazing - fast results
I went through a very stressful period this year, and am apparently suffering PTS - but looking back have always had quite intense mood swings/anxiety over small things. I was relying on alcohol to turn off the racing thoughts some nights. I tried St Johns Wort earlier in the year, and it made me have even worse panic attacks (and \"dissociation\" according to the counsellor) and bouts of crying which I do not normally do. After reading St Johns reviews, I saw a handful of others had the same thing happen, as soon as I stopped taking it the severity of these symptoms reduced. I was still having chest pains/anxiety on and off though, and panic thoughts when having to deal with confrontation or in certain social situations. \n\nI have done some research and found that products like St Johns can have symptoms of anxiety on people who are dealing with both bouts of excitement (including symptoms such as intense anxiety)/racing thoughts/euphoria/irritation/sleeplessness but who also deal with episodes of depression. Apparently this is because people experiencing a mix of the two may need to take supplements that address the excited state also, or it can cause even more imbalance. So I did some research on alternatives to St Johns Wort, looking into why it doesn\'t work for some people. I found that this product, containing Valerian, is useful for all types of mood stabilisation and especially good for people who fluctuate between bouts of depression and bouts of excitement/anxiety/panic. I have taken this along with Go Stress, which is also a product that works well in calming moods as I saw that these two products combined work well together. I did not take 5HTP with these, as this has a similar reaction to St Johns Wort in people like me. \n\nI had been prescribed lorazepam earlier in the year, which I hate taking or the idea of relying on - I was taking a quarter dose. This combination is very comparible in how I feel. Give these a go!
