Goulter's Kiwi Fruit Vinegar is very golden in colour and has a lovely sweet and sour flavour to it. It is much more subtle than apple cider vinegar.

This means for the people who find apple cider vinegar far too strong you now have an alternative 

  • Made from local Nelson sun-ripened, organic kiwifruit - not concentrate 
  • Produced in Nelson by a vinegar-maker with over 40 years experience

Kiwifruit vinegar is very similar to that of our organic apple cider vinegar however the kiwi fruit has a higher level of potassium.

Tonic drink: Take 2 teaspoons in a glass of warm water daily

Can be used in your cooking - especially in pavlova, drizzle over veggies and really delicious as a vinaigrette salad dressing.

Salad dressing: 
In a bowl or jar add:1/2 cup olive or grape seed oil
1/3 cup of Goulter's Kiwi Fruit Vinegar
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil or coriander
Cracked pepper to taste
Whisk or shake to blend and enjoy
