This is rather hard to swallow (hold your nose and gulp it down, followed by a water chaser) as it's so thick and goopy, but boy it works so well I can handle that. I must have read the directions wrong the first time I took it and then didn't bother to look again till it was nearly finished, so was accidentally taking closer to 15ml just before I went to bed (rather than 5 mls three hours before, and 5 mls at bedtime and another 5 if you wake in the night). I wasn't having trouble getting to sleep, rather I was waking in the night and not having very restful sleeps. Well 15mls of this at bedtime takes care of that! I have the best sleeps when I've taken it. I'm going to get some more...
