Ive struggled with finding a good Soy Yoghurt in NZ as we really only have one option that is not that good so ive decided to make my own. After may trial and errors, ive used this with Soy Milk, Cornflour, vanilla essence and the Easiyo maker and get an amazing yoghurt, similar to Greek Yoghurt. The most important part about it is making the Temperature correct for it to work. Absolutely love it just wish there was good supplies of it. Hopefully it will come back in soon.
