Finally, great yogurt culture

I use classic Easyjo for making my natural soy yogurt using organic soy milk with no added sugar. I leave yogurt container for up 24 hours until I start using it. It makes nice yogurt suitable for my medical condition, much better than sugary soy yogurt from supermarkets (or other non-dairy yogurts based on coconut fats). Good news that we are able to find suitable yogurt culture in New Zealand.

Ive struggled with finding a good Soy Yoghurt in NZ as we really only have one option that is not that good so ive decided to make my own. After may trial and errors, ive used this with Soy Milk, Cornflour, vanilla essence and the Easiyo maker and get an amazing yoghurt, similar to Greek Yoghurt. The most important part about it is making the Temperature correct for it to work. Absolutely love it just wish there was good supplies of it. Hopefully it will come back in soon.

Love it!

I use one sachet with 1lt of soy milk and it works perfectly! Soy yoghurt isn’t usually as thick as normal yoghurt I have found - even with store bought soy yoghurt so don’t expect it to be super thick. I use this for my sons school lunches and we love that we can add a different flavour each day. Saves us lots of money making it ourselves

Smooth and Creamy

Great product. Yoghurt is thick, smooth and creamy. Greek yoghurt is just right sourness. Loving this product, and loving my yoghurt maker!!! Would never go back to store bought stuff now.

Still not working...

I am using this with the Easiyo, 2 packets down and nothing. Not even souring at the moment. Maybe the bacteria in these are all dead? I even put them in the fridge when the packet came.
