Works for me
After feeling like a zombie after waking up every night for 2 weeks and not being able to get back to sleep, I tried these. At first they didn't work, so I started using a calcium powder before bed, then these, and I had the most restful sleep. After taking the drops for a few weeks, I stopped taking the calcium powder and just used the drops. They carried on working. I then stopped taking the drops every night, and only when I felt I needed them. They continued to work. I don't take them every night. The last two nights I started again and they did not work. I will take some magnesium powder again with the drops.
