  • Erythritol in Stevita


    Previously I have used the Red8 Stevia for sweetening and had no problems. When the Red8 became unavailable I tried Stevita . What I didn't realise at the time was Stevita contains erythritol. I found after 2 weeks of use I started getting headaches some of which developed into serious migraines. I worked out that these headaches commenced at the same time as I started taking Stevita. I googled the side effects of erythritol and sure enough it is a known side effect. As soon as I stopped taking Stevita the headaches stopped. Just a warning to others that may also suffer the same side effect.

  • Great sweetener


    This Stevia liquid extract is great, much better than the tablets which often don't dissolve completely. It has a natural taste, goes well in coffee.
